What drives you – and what do you stand for?
I was first active in the digital space at 13 – not as a consumer, but as someone who wanted to build. Since then, my focus has been on systems that work reliably in daily use: not just concepts on paper, but tools and processes that measurably reduce effort and remain scalable.
How has your approach evolved over the years?
In the beginning, the work was mostly execution: build, measure, improve. Over the years, I deliberately added the strategic layer – not as a replacement for practice, but as its foundation. Today, a project starts with the question of which process needs to be solved before tools, architecture or automation are decided.
How did Fier Media GmbH come about?
I founded Fier Media GmbH in 2026 to turn several years of hands-on experience in the digital space into a clear company structure. From the beginning, the aim was to bring strategy, architecture and implementation closer together – without a break between what is planned and what later has to work in operation.
What exactly is Fier Media?
Fier Media is a technology-oriented company for digital systems. We do not work like a traditional media or advertising agency; we combine strategy, architecture and implementation. The focus is on solutions that simplify processes, work in real operations and scale over the long term.
Which projects and clients matter most to you?
The best fit is a project where clients want to understand and improve their workflows. When processes are examined openly, the result is not a short-term standalone product, but a system the company can continue to build on.
What does “digital systems for clear workflows” mean to you?
Digital tools are not the starting point; they are the result of a process that has been understood. We start with the workflow: what happens when, why and by whom? Only then do tool selection, architecture and integration follow.
