Ben Fier
My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 14 when I started my first small business. Early on, I discovered my passion for video editing and graphic design, and in 2020, I began offering my skills in these areas professionally. Despite the challenge of establishing myself in a highly competitive market with over 50,000 competitors, I managed to attract international clients through quality and dedication.
Initially, I worked primarily with small businesses and influencers, but over time, I expanded my portfolio to include 3D animation and modeling. I was particularly successful in gaining traction in the fields of NFTs and e-sports projects, where I had the opportunity to work on exciting assignments.
At the beginning of 2022, my interest increasingly shifted toward finding better ways to support businesses. This led me to begin developing websites—a key component for the success of any business in today's digital world. For me, it’s not just about creating a standard website but about authentically and convincingly presenting the company and its values.
My journey started on Fiverr, where from 2022 until today, I have successfully completed over 50 web projects for international companies. During this time, I’ve established valuable connections with other web agencies and freelancers who support my work and collaborate with me to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
2020
In 2020, Ben Fier launched his first gig on Fiverr. After just one month, he received his first order for a video montage worth $5, which marked the beginning of his career. That same year, he started his small business and continuously improved his Fiverr profile. However, the early days on Fiverr were challenging: surrounded by thousands of other providers offering similar services at micro-prices, he had to work many days and nights for just a few cents. Additionally, he faced scammers who were solely interested in stealing personal information. Despite these intense initial years on Fiverr, he gained valuable experience in various fields.
2021
After specializing in video editing for gaming content, Ben Fier shifted his focus to 3D modeling and animation. This transition allowed him to secure projects in the fields of eSports and NFTs. Over the following years, he worked on various projects, including a promotional video for Post University eSports and a collaboration with Tiago Paiva on a teaser for the "Meta Fooking Blinders" collection. Additionally, he completed several smaller NFT projects. A significant milestone was achieving Level 1 status on Fiverr, an accolade earned through positive reviews and earnings.
2022
Although 3D animation projects continued, demand began to decline, and Ben Fier sought better ways to support businesses. Over the course of the year, his offerings evolved towards web design and development, which he also provided on Fiverr. Achieving Level 2 status on Fiverr marked another success, but the decrease in projects and waning interest in the NFT sector led to a new shift in focus.
2023
The focus continued to shift towards web design. Partnerships were expanded, and the team behind Fier Media grew. Smaller web projects were completed, and the experience gained was successfully applied to the market for the first time. Our offerings evolved, allowing us to distinguish ourselves clearly from average web development services. A new eye for design, enhanced website usability, and improved communication and collaboration with clients were developed and refined.
2024
The year began with a comprehensive project for the Bund Deutscher Kriminalbeamter, where Fier Media created promotional videos for the 2024 staff council elections. In the following months up to August, we successfully completed over 20 web projects across various niches—from consulting and craft websites to international tennis scouting sites. We collaborated with numerous small and large companies. During this period, we became a Wix Icon Partner and are on the verge of achieving Top Rated Seller status on Fiverr. Our gratitude goes out to the many businesses that have trusted us along our journey and to whom we provide daily support.
